Please use as much detail, honesty, and sincerity in answering. If you truly don't know what you want or what you're looking for in personal training just yet, that's ok! What is motivating you to seek out personal training? Please be as general or specific as possible. I.E.:

What is your previous / current experience with movement & fitness? Have you done CrossFit? Karate? A sport in college? Running? Yoga? Walk around the gym scared and confused? (we've all been there!) Pickle Ball? Please elaborate on your past and current routines. And mention any activities that you especially loved, and especially disliked.

Do you have any injuries or conditions that limit your physical capacities? I.E., Any joint injuries, scoliosis, hardware, etc.?
